Are the Products Sold on Devr-i Tesettür Original?
Yes. Devr-i Tesettür is not an open platform where anyone can sell. Every seller we onboard goes through a rigorous vetting process.
It is mandatory for our sellers to document that they are authorized dealers or manufacturers of the brands they list. Our team regularly audits the authenticity and invoice trails of the products available on our platform. In any case of suspected imitation or replica products, our partnership with that seller is immediately terminated. Your security is under our supervision.
What Determines Product Ranking?
Devr-i Tesettür uses various algorithms for product ranking. However, at least 2 products from each store in our marketplace appear on the first page of their respective categories. Our aim is to:
- Ensure our visitors can access products from all stores on our platform.
- Provide equal opportunities for both new and established stores, fostering competition based on quality.
What should I do if a product I liked before is out of stock?
When all sizes of a product listed on Devr-i Tesettür sell out, the product is automatically removed from the site. To access a product you like even if it's out of stock, make sure to add it to your favorites. You can set up a notification alert using the "Notify Me When In Stock" form on the product page or request information from the seller using the "ask question form".
Are the Product Images Original?
At Devr-i Tesettür, only products with high-quality images are listed. Please remember that there might be very slight color differences between the image of the product on sale and the product you receive due to lighting. We prioritize ensuring that the product in the image is the same as the one sent to you. If you think the order you received is different from the image, please report this to our team through the "Support Center" section in your order details, and we will take action as soon as possible.
